The Summerdale Medical Practice has contracted with the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide services to veterans with no out of pocket fees. All doctors at the Practice are able to provide services to veterans.
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 7pm
Friday: 8am-6pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9am – 3.30pm

At times this may restrict access to information by parents and guardians. Our privacy policy is available on request. Access to patient records is only available to Doctors, Locums and Medical Trainees under supervision in the Practice.
