Patient Feedback
The Summerdale Medical Practice is fully accredited under the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners’ guidelines. We are regularly externally audited by peers and professionals to ensure accreditation standards are maintained and to ensure the medical safety and highest level of health care for all of our patients.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive from this Practice, we are interested in knowing about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist about any problems you have experienced with the services we provide, or put your comments in the suggestion box located near the front door of the waiting room. We believe that problems are best dealt within the Practice, and will acknowledge and deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with our response or feel that there is a problem that needs to be taken up by an external body you may prefer to contact:
